Policy
At Iconic Interiors we value our customers and your experience of purchasing from us.
We also value our products and believe that each and every item should be in a home where it is wanted and loved.
Although we endeavour to ensure that you will be satisfied in every
way with your purchase we do understand from time to time and for
whatever reason this may not always be the case.
We offer a no quibble 7 day return. To return an item please follow the following steps:
- Contact info@iconicinteriors.co.uk
or call 0845 1200 097 stating you wish to return
the item. Please ensure this is within 7 days (includes weekends)
of receiving the item of furniture.
- We understand you may have discarded the original packaging. If
this is the case please arrange suitable packaging (to protect the
item in transit) prior to collection. We cannot accept inadequately
boxed items or items damaged due to being inadequately packaged.
- Arrange with our Customer Services team a suitable collection day. Collection times are between 8am and 6pm. Unfortunately we cannot specify am or m.
Once we are in receipt of the returned item we shall refund you the cost of the item and the original delivery costs. We shall do this within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Refunds are made by the same payment method as the sale.

This policy is for when you wish to return a product that is undamaged but just doesn't meet your requirements, if you are one of the very few, unlucky customers who has received a damaged product please contact our Customer Services team to arrange its return and replacement.
