Furniture designers Irving Harper and George Nelson understood that there are significant areas of a sofa's cushioning that are not required for use and considered various ways in which these areas could be taken away. The end result is a series of 18 circular cushions positioned onto a near invisible steel frame.

This is a truly playful design that lends itself beautifully to colourful cushions for a bright and eye-catching fun piece in your space (kids will absolutely love it in boiled sweet brights) but it can also work just as well in a plain colour.
