Sometimes our suppliers get it wrong. It breaks our hearts when we see furniture that will not pass our quality checks and when this happens we have to make some big decisions, sometimes this provides both us and you with additional opportunities.
Every cloud has a silver lining...
If furniture is not fit for purpose we will never offer it, either on this site or anywhere else, but if the defect is cosmetic then we obtain discounts from our manufacturers and pass these on to you, making it possible for you to bag yourself a bargain.
We know that once your furniture is put into use it will, sooner
or later, receive a bump or a bang, a scratch or a scuff and although
you may kick yourself at the time you don't throw it away, you just
shrug and try not to dwell on it. We realise that some customers will
be happy to take the furniture having already had a knock or a scrape
if the price is right.
At Iconic Interiors we describe the defect in detail, using clear illustrations and then we let you make that choice.
We firmly believe that our slightly flawed furniture is still superior to the cheaper versions of the pieces sold elsewhere and that you will too.
