What's the problem?

The Barcelona Chair is not a gymnast! Our shipping company tried to stack 2 boxes on top of one another and strained the frame ever so slightly, this has caused one leg of the chair to be raised about 4mm from the ground when it is not in use. Once you sit in it the chair leg returns to its normal position and you cannot see or feel any difference, over time and with steady use this may return permanently but we cannot make any guarantees.

We noticed this fault because our stringent checks include standing the furniture on a piece of glass to ensure even balance of the frame, if you are wanting a chair to stand on a carpeted or non-shiny floor surface it is likely that you will not be able to tell it is anything other than perfect.

Anything else?

Absolutely not! This piece of furniture is in every other way just as stunning as those we offer at full price. The frames are beautifully finished and the cushions are in pristine condition.

What's the compensation?

The Barcelona chair normally retails at £450 but we offer this with a discount of 40% making it £270, with a delivery charge of £35 throughout the UK.
